Two bathrooms are enough for us, one would NOT be enough

Holding the bathroom hostage can be a lever of control in the family.

I grew up in a 7 people household, lots of moves but usually only one bathroom, causing lifelong problems from having to “hold” it. Now 70ish in a 2 people house, with 4 bathrooms and I’m finally able to be regular.

We had one bathroom for eight people. When we moved, the new place had a half-bath. Dad instituted a rule: No makeup in the main bath. With four teenaged girls, this was necessary.

He’s a male, all we need is a bush.

If it’s #1, go in any available sink. If it’s #2, clench tightly.

We lived in a house with three bathrooms for four people and sometimes that wasn’t enough. Karma?

The length of a minute depends on which side of the bathroom door you are on!

Should I admit that this one is inspired by real life?

When he quit banging on the door, I thought he’d gone downstairs to the other toilet.

But… no.
