One of our favorite restaurants used to serve a bone in ribeye. New owner and goodbye ribeye. Being a woodworker I made a bone out of a peice of alder, kinda resembled a milkbone. Went in on our date night and when the server said they don’t have that on the menu anymore I just said I’ll have a regular ribeye, handed him the wooden bone and told him to put that in it. My wife didn’t know I had planned on doing that so the just covered her eyes and shook her head. The server didn’t just laugh or teehee, he screamed! Tru story!
What!? Pluggers have more bones to pick than a vulture at a lion’s leftovers. Go ask one wearing a red hat what they think of the state of the Country.
How about the turkey leg bone, the fried chicken leg bone, the T-bone bone, etc. After I’m done getting all the meat off, a vulture would die with whar is left.
I would gladly give up a body part for Mom’s recipe for baked spare ribs. Alas, it was buried with her, along with her recipes for Yorkshire pudding, Mexican casserole, clam fritters and scones. I have made many attempts. All were good, but they weren’t moms.

After having had the ribs, Pluggers will use the bones to make stock.
