If you live far enough North (or South, I suppose) the winter day being so short means that it’s hard to decide when to go to bed. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. Or it to me, maybe.
Humans usually go to work and to bed by the clock. Depending on the time of year, If we tried to do it by the presence or absence of light, very little of either would get done.
I am only a morning person on the three days each week I am committed to go to work. Some days, I never leave the house except to walk across the street to get my mail.

It may be getting dark earlier, but primetime TV is still at the same time.

Enjoy it while you can kid. Ya get older, and all you do is toss and turn during the night because of creaky bones.
