I see the image of a cat on her screen (Ginger). I thought she would ask him, “Do you have or have you ever owned a cat?”

Say no.

Obviously not. I have enough money to buy a plane ticket, don’t I.

That’s scary stuff.

For a moment I thought her monitor was the x-ray and Ghost Ginger was the real Ginger in the suitcase :-)

Do you have a friend named Jack?

Will you be saying “Hi” to him?

Ginger would say “NO”.

But what does she know. She’s a cat.

They’re the scariest!

Try going through an airport with safety equipment – steel-toed shoes, emergency respirator, nitrile gloves, safety glasses – the entire enchilada. It makes life interesting. Most of the time I would check that stuff but there have been times when I would need it immediately after deplaning so I would carry it on. Having proof of security clearance was definitely a plus!

Actually, I have to think that the cohort of “Cartoonist/Musician” is a pretty select club. “Cartoonist/Trombonist” is smaller still, for sure.
