2.5/10 This arc was a dissapointment. Nate was trying to do a dumb thing to get a dog, and he’s suprised it didn’t work?! Plus, it’s so bland, you could replace Uncle Ted with a generic fat guy and it will still be the same.

Poor Nate. Poor Spitzy.

He just wants some attention. Is that too much to ask?

Got to remember Bitsy’s hearing is enhanced by the cone. AND he’s really a pretty good dog…..

“Right now?” How about NEVER? We all know it will never ever ever happen in the history of this strip.

I love how every year since 1991 has had a Christmas arc but Nate never gets a hint older

Strip rating: 0/10 It’s just always been like this, hasn’t it? Nate wants a dog, and someway somehow he never gets one in the end. Way too predictable, that.

Also, sorry I’m a little late on this. Some stuff came up that I had to do and I kinda forgot about comics. But anyways…

OK, maybe the arc “sucks” but Lincoln peirce is running out of ideas! Like come ON, this comic section has been running for more than 30 years. Don’t you think someone would run out of ideas by making the arc for almost 30 years?Like jeez.

How many years has that poor animal worn that collar of shame?

What do you guys think of this? When the sad day comes for Mr. Peirce to retire, Nate gets a dog of his own.
