The comment about being issued weapons is a little dated in light of recent history at American schools.

For a bunch of pre-schoolers, they did quite well. Miss Bliss should be impressed.

Seems like Beni and maybe Alice were the instigators; I guess Miss Bliss sent everyone to the Time Out Corner either out of convenience or because she didn’t really want to single out anyone (they are only four years old). Withal, seems kinda unfair, though.

I like the way Dill is making eyes at Alice in the penultimate panel….
