Adam: “OK. You can even shovel the pony-poop out of it’s stall just as if it were your pony.”.

Kate: “……………………..Maybe I need to re-think this.”

You must think dad is made out of money!

And if ‘monthly’ means just driving by.

Katy may be steeplechasing her dream but Adam might dred-ssage this decision.

Adam isn’t fully onboard with Katy’s Pony Expressions.

Just pick a number between 0 and 31, that will be the day for visits.

Okay fine. Weekly it is. Every Saturday.

Katy must think that her Dad has nothing to do in life but cater to her.

I was Katy. My parents thought I’d outgrow a pony, so I started asking for a horse. I was 14 when I finally wore them down. Don’t give up, Katy! Keep nagging!

Better yet, biannually…

now adam can try to close the barn door after the pony’s escaped…

Get her a parttime job there where she cleans up, feeds, and groom the horses for some free lessons. That’s what my daughter did….

I’m glad Rob Harrell didn’t drop it, and showed us Katy finally getting her wish to ride a pony.

Reminds me of when my kids also took riding lessons (must be 30 years ago now) for two summers in a row at city sponsored summer camps. They had a lot of fun from what they told us.

My niece has 4 horses and a pony. I tell her the pony is mine, she just takes care of him for me. Monday she finally made it home from being trapped at her job barn (luckily they have a staff apartment) since Thursday. She went to see her horses at their barn, and they were dancing and running and jumping around in the snow. So cute to see!
