Well, we spent a six-day story arc on Lillian the Lizard finds an old comic book, takes it to Dead Skunkhead John who recognizes it as a valuable (SWOON!) Silver Age key issue, and gets half the profits. Dare we hope that Batiuk completes the C’Shaft to Funky transition tomorrow with a sideways cover re-creation of “Black Raven” #1?

That’s just great of these guys to give Lillian the likeness of actress Joan Hickson (Miss Marple)! Love this series and have watched and rewatched her solve many of Agatha Christie mysteries.

I don’t understand what a “one one figure” is. Is it more than a cardboard stand up?

“I deducted the $3200 for the figure out of your check…”

Are we going to find out how much she got?

Did she say she liked the shop? She seemed kind of put off.

I am sure she got a bundle for th comic book and “Miss Marple” is cardboard.

We’ve been trying to get rid of this thing for years.

It appears that cast members from Funky Winkerbean will be imported into Crankshaft.

Why would a comic book shop have a cardboard figure of Miss Marple? Was there a comic book series of her mysteries, or maybe a video game?

Hmm, we don’t see that Marple figure in the future when Robbie the Robot runs the place. He either “made her disappear” or has her stashed in his room.

It looks like the Joan Hickson version.
