I avoid this sort of vagueness. My standard response is, “The answer to that is a firm and definite maybe”.

The closest thing to a dinner party I ever go to are family dinners at relatives.

He is not a pleasant guy, period!

I see that we’re back to new content after a 1-day respite.

Just wanted to know, in case we needed to change the venue for the party.
