Every January I have to go back on my diet because I am 30 pounds overweight. I have read that Atkins is the most effective one to drop it fast and to maintain the loss. It certainly works for me until Halloween, when I toss the diet until New Years.

Blame the builder!!! Oh, wait…

If he spent as much time writing, actually setting down words in a document, as he did in igloo building and the other cockamamie things he does, he’d have written the next War and Peace.

It’s ice, slippery, he can slide in there, maybe with a little push and some water to slick the ice. Just be quick, lest the water re-freeze…
