Probably got a PhD in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Worthless to the real world.

Almost makes you wonder if a degree is worth it anymore. You end up with a massive loan you’ll probably never pay back and end up in a none-to-special job anyway. In the UK the loan dies out after 30 years if not paid back, but you’ll have been paying a fair bit (dependent on how much you earn) for a long time. There are so many graduates now working in jobs for which you wouldn’t need a degree anyway. Sad state of affairs.

I will be forever grateful that,altho it took my dad dying while I was in HS, my college education was fully paid for thru his death. Thank you, Dad!

…and to think how many kids are intelligent but can’t afford to go to college…pitiful for America! ☹️

So it worked out pretty well according to the plan then.

He got his debt certificate just before his death certificate.
