Check almost any strip mall where 4 of 5 businesses have been shut down for years and where investors would either have sold it or demolished it for condos or other uses. One will see glowing evidence of one business that seems to support the whole unit. Even tattoo parlors don’t have that weight. Curious.
Yes, back in the ’60’s, S&H Green (trading) Stamps were a way to entice shoppers in to your store. It seems silly now, but they were big business then. Along with Blue Chip trading stamps, and others.
