The corrections officers are disappointed that they can’t go to the fair to show their skills in the shooting gallery, so they make it happen on their own terms.

I’ll take a shot at this and suggest he’s in the guards’ target demographic.

I think they got my shirt at the target store, free advertising for target…

If I were one of his cellmates, I wouldn’t say a thing. Far better to see him taken out of the gene pool.
