Just a few more voter suppression laws…

Rights are neither won, nor retained, by peaceful means.

When Obama was elected I was optimistic – now I think we’re moving backward.

Not if present day GQP has anything to say about it.

mandatory voting – paid holiday – with pizza :)

Cancel culture is, ironically, causing more divisiveness among Americans.

I remain hopeful. The young don’t seem to have the baggage of the older generations regarding race relations.

Not really a fan of humans in general… Wishful thinking can’t hurt but i expect there will always be an ample supply of jerks. I suspect the “Arc of history” quote is unintentional plagiarism from some Neanderthal 400,000 years ago…

And that’s just one of the differences between an old style Republican (i.e. before Nixon, Reagan, etc) and the current state of what’s left of the party. Not that I’m a fan, of any of the parties, but this situation is totally Wrong!

The quote on the statue wasn’t coined by MLK. It was taken from a quote by a minister in 1840s Massachusetts. One of many quotes speeches, ect that were “barrowed” by Dr. King, et al.
