When you grow old and retire, they are all Saturdays and Sundays…..

And often 28 days of 28 degrees in some places.

And the weather forecasting doesn’t get better than a fat furry animal looking for a shadow.

this kid is a full grown wise guy.

Not when you have a wife with an ever-growing honey-do list.

He’s been around Garfield too long.

All the cold dreary days of February seem to get him down.

Monday, Monday, so good to me……

I love February! November, December & January, too.

When I was your age, Skyler, February was the month of love with the 14th right in the middle of it. Now, its African American History month. Oh, well, at least I can save money on Valentine’s Day cards.

If you were told that retirement is the “Golden Years” it was a total lie. There is no “gold” there just more “free” time to read & watch TV.

Garfield: I know how you feel kid.

On 22 February 1990, Cosmo mused that “February is our longest month. True, it only has 28 days. But the little known, ugly fact about the month of February is… each day in it is 47 hours long…”

Tell me about it….I age a year every Feb. 1st, and seldom get to celebrate it on that day.
