It’s kind of nice to know that there is family still living there where you grew up.

I often drive by the house where I spent my youngest years, 1-6. Ah, the memories from there: the forest fire out back, the first diving experience, my earth sheltered house. Ah, those were the days, and there’s someone else living there, now.
He’s from one of the lower branches of the family tree.
My family tree is almost bare.
It was a ‘live’ oak tree.
I looked it up to confirm, Loons don’t nest “up” in trees. Maybe he was adopted.
Cosmo now regrets his attempt to make conversation.
I probably have ancestors that ended up swinging from the family tree.
