Thought maybe Buckles would get static charge from being in it.

All images of the lovable Buckles are just terrific today , that look in the first panel then him sniffing the clothes in the second , plus the HMMMMM !! in the third but his expression in the last one is "precious " great job by David as usual : )

We never had any issue with the dogs getting into the laundry, clean or otherwise. Some of the scents of laundry detergents and softeners, to me reek.

My English cocker LOVED a basket of clothes from the dryer. Much of the time he managed to get into the basket without it spilling over.

How did Paul and Jill get back home so quickly?

Yes, you did Paul ….. you also left the basket of clean cloth in the basket on the floor ……….. so Buckles just assumed that you left them for him to enjoy …… which he sure did ……….. :)

I find it best to take care of laundry right away when pets or little ones are in the house or at least put the basket on top of something they can’t get to. But I used to have lots of pets and very little time at home, so I had some fun with cats too.

When I go shopping, I have to hurry down the laundry soap aisle.
