FYI, Nuuk is the capital of Greenland.

Where is the sign? East of Europe, because of Rome, Vilnius and Nuuk should be directed more upwards? I say Saudi Arabia or thereabout. Could also be west of Europe, some island in Atlantic?

Bangladesh is a country. All of the others are cities. It also is not in the same direction as Cincinnati. If I were east of Cincinnati and I wanted to go to Bangladesh, I would go west since that way is shorter. (Cincinnati is at 84°W and Bangladesh is at 90°E.)
