Hmm. Hard to tell if it’s a scam or the real thing.

What’s worse than the IRS or the car warranties? I just bought a new computer last month and the McAfee trial ran out. At least 10 calls a day from every state in the union. No way to block. And to boot, the Sirius XM trial for the car also expired and they are now added to the mix!! It’s terrible!

Just tell the scam artist that you’ll sign over all your shares in Bit-Coin.

Latest is the Walmart scam where they tell you that you have a bogus order with Walmart and have you take out money from the bank and buy gift cards. The clerk knew it was a scam and informed the couple. I don’t even understand what this is supposed to accomplish. If they tell you the order is bogus, why do you need to send gift cards anywhere. Confuses the heck out of me. Anyhow, I have limit alarms on my checking and credit cards that tell me when certain amounts are exceeded. The Paypal scam almost got me once though, till they asked for my SSN.

Yeah, this could be a bona fide IRS call.
