“We want to do a lot of stuff; we’re not in great shape. We didn’t get a good night’s sleep. We’re a little depressed. Coffee solves all these problems in one delightful little cup.” (Jerry Seinfeld)
My doctor’s in her mid fifties, I’ll be 79 soon. She tells me to do something everyday that gets my heart pumping enough that I can feel it for at least 20 minutes. No problem— getting out of bed accomplishes that.
First, what is this sleep you speak of. Second, I wake up more tired than when I went to bed. I haven’t slept well since ,y late loving wife died almost 2 years ago, and I was just recently diagnosed with esophageal cancer and now I sleep even less and I haven’t even begun the treatments yet.

Not unless you’re 97 or so. Otherwise, start moving more.

I know how you feel. Coffee helps but then I just keep going back and forth to the bathroom.

I’m over 60
I’ve been doing the same job since before I was 40
People in their 20s and 30s think it’s too much work
I suspect I know why I’m always sore and tired

Aunty needs a sleep study test, then needs to get used to the c-pap that would be diagnosed for that situation.

I wake up with just enough energy to push myself further than I can do and it takes me 3 days to recover.
