Our neighbors “requested” that my parents keep the window closed when I practiced my violin.

Everybody has to start somewhere. It’s just that everybody has to start somewhere.

She’ll be either a problem or a prodigy. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

She should improve with practice.

She’s stuck on replay..twinkle twinkle little star.

Hey! Mozart taught himself to play the violin before he was 10. How can we expect anything less for the darling children of this age? (Smirk).

There is still time to learn the banjo, accordion, drums, oboe, bagpipes, and trombone.

They’re making very inexpensive violins from 3D printers.

My mom chose the violin for me so she encouraged me to practice at home. My dad never said much. He was a “grin and bear it” kind of guy.

We’ve started calling her screechy.

The daughter had to pull a lot of strings to get that violin.
