Sad but true. You have to be able to work smarter than your competition.
My experience is that too often managers have their “favorites” any woe to anyone else that doesn’t fit their version of the company pattern (or whatever).

I’ve never had a problem with either working hard or hardly working.
It pays well on an hourly basis.
