Mr Dear is used to your greatness Fred, sorry…

I know. I don’t understand the whole cell phone fascination myself. You miss so much with your face buried in one. But maybe Mr. Dear is used to your many wonderful attributes. He already knows you are handsome and perfect and has grown immune to it all. He loves you, though.

After watching a few cellphone videos, he is thinking “I should have got a goat.”

Forget about Mr. Dear Fred. Just soak in all the rest.

If Mr. Dear didn’t think you have so many beautiful attributes, he wouldn’t show you off at all the dog shows and bring home all your ribbons,

You don’t need him, Fred. You got these other people.

Aww, Fred, if I were there I’d be petting and admiring you too.

Fred most dogs are like you and they don’t mind a few extra pets !

Aww Fred, you know the Dears love you very much. Don’t worry about the distraction, they feed you well, walk you and love you very much.

I don’t think that Fred was thinking that Mr Dear doesn’t appreciate him. Fred seems to be annoyed that Mr Dear is missing all the compliments that people are paying him.

Mr Dear is to involved in his phone but if they were near a pub he would not be on his phone somuch

Ugh! Life’s greatest memories are passing by those who can’t get their eyes off the cell! Pitiful!

I suppose familiarity breeds complacency.

Jaws-of-Death, my 95 lb. red nosed pittie, is gentle as a lamb. But for some reason, when I’m out walking him, people tend to cross the street rather than trying to meet him ….

Indeed!! For instance, my husband doesn’t at all care for dogs, while I very much adore a wonderful basset such as yourself, Fred!!

Mr. Dear is just entertaining himself while Fred gets all the attention!

Taking Fred for granted.
