I spent three quarters of an hour writing a sentence earlier today.

Turns out the sentence gets more acceptable the closer we get to the deadline.

Wow, Amanda, can you do a strip with four panels showing different art styles?? I am betting you can do all sorts of styles that we rarely see…

I’d say still flowing properly compared to ideas for photography (specially within home)

Well-written strip! They always are, and I prove this to myself by trying to restate the cartoon to others—but invariably I word it more lengthily, more clumsily, less gracefully, less pithy. Cartoon strip writing is hard! Schulz did it well, and so do you!

The comic isn’t loading. Is anyone else having this problem?

Punch lines! The Monty Python group thought the weakest part of any sketch was the punchline, so many their sketches would skip the punch line and go straight to the next sketch. Hard to do in cartooning, but Garfield gets away with it by just not being very funny.

I hope this isn’t a form of self hate? ;)

If you want a Zippy ending, you need a pinhead, a muu-muu, and styrofoam filled shoes…
