Well, there it is. The first Sunday cover featured in Crankshaft. It only took three months. At least it’s not sideways.

Looks like Rob Ro et al. have been replaced by three-year-old Mitch Murdoch. What a prodigy!

Are we supposed to be impressed?

That drawing looks like the work of a deranged serial killer.

It is a nice drawing.

Well, we’ve been asking for art that wasn’t traced or copy-pasted from old “Crankshaft” and “Funky” strips…

“The comics market is really hot right now! Some of these issues are worth several hundred dollars! I’ll give you… $50 for the whole lot!”

You can tell he’s a natural-born artist by the way he pokes out his tongue and holds the paper at a 30 degree angle off the table as he draws!

Don’t call it Crankshaft if he isn’t in it?

The comics market is hot right now, but is it hot for slightly damp comics with an aroma of smoke to them? I’m guessing his collection could bring in upwards of single digits.
