Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
Heâs selling them to Komix Korner? A retail store will pay him nothing even approaching the collectorsâ market value. Why doesnât he try selling them on E-bay first? Oh right, because we have to get more Comic Book John and Crazy Harry episodes into the strip. Hilarity will ensue!
Gee, I wonder which comic book shop theyâll be taking them to? I do so hope itâs the one we havenât seen since last week!
Why didnât Batiuk simply retitle the strip âKomix Korner Featuring Ed Crankshaftâ when it switched distributors? It worked for the Golden Age Daredevil and the Little Wise Guys.
The comic book (and comics in general, for that matter) has been becoming more and more adult and rotated and less and less willing to keep it okay-for-fsmilies since the 1970âs. I do not understand associating the comic book with kids that young when the industry has such a problem with keeping the comic book the staple of childhood that it was originally meant to be.
Scrufty McBeardo is evil and insincere, the kid is the distractor. Both hatch a plan to throw the âBOOKSâ in the river, off the bridge. Jfffff is no longer all bright and smiley.
