Wouldn’t be worth the effort without the ear tickle and a biscuit.

Tell AKC and the show dog owner. I would like to see a trophy bowl filled with biscuits presented to the show and agility dog winners. Yip yip yip yip yip

Tried agility with my previous dog. She had no problems with any of the obstacles. Problem was, she was so fast I could not keep up. LOL

There are no cones in agility.

When my old dog earned her first Agility Championship, she got chicken and later, some ice cream. My current dog prefers liver seasoned with garlic. Lots of love, belly rubs and ear tickles after every run no matter what.

Having watched a few of these competitions, most of the dogs are enthusiastically welcomed into their person’s arms and given hugs and kisses at the end of the run. Very fun and heartwarming to watch, as the dogs seem to love the whole business.
