On another note-Carol wrote the best diet book ever, “The Big Skinny, how I changed my fattitude” I recommend it to anyone who has struggled with losing and keeping weight off. It’s no magic cure just common sense delivered in graphic novel form with lots of encouragement. How do I know? I’ve lost 50 pounds and I’ve kept it off.
