I love gems like this because it reminds me there are ways to stick it to judges and lawyers who are not sworn to tell the truth and nothing but the truth . Yeah, I’m one of those people who on witness stand will refuse to answer questions if it requires/requests opinion rather than whole truth. Even told the judge her warning of “contempt” meant nothing compared to d*mning my soul on record .
Son was involved in a rear end collision. After a period of time when the defendant didn’t follow thru with PT, went to trial, yada, yada. Son was shown a head on picture of a vehicle that didn’t have any identifying bumpers/grill/fenders. Was ask: “Can you identify this vehicle?” His answer: “No.”

I can confirm, from having to testify often, it’s fun to jerk a lawyer’s chain by giving a completely literal answer.
