What happened to his lucky rabbits foot??
For me usually the first mile is the hardest. Then I get warmed up and I enjoy the middle part. By the end of the fourth mile I’m “pleasantly fatigued” as my old coach used to say.
The only thing unrealistic about this is the second and third frames.
