HR knows everything but can’t get his name right haha

I needed something out of line from HR during the plant closing. The company had dissed this HR person and he was not happy with them. Years of doing their dirty work and they do him dirty, LOL! Anyway he was glad to lie for me about giving 2 weeks notice to get my parting bonus. You got to know how to play the game.

But you can’t get the name of the employee you’re talking to right!

I think this post is meant to be ironic, that so many people are willing to post their most personal details on social media. Also to believe the most transparent lies that others post.

Now write on the whiteboard 100 times “I will not overshare personal information with strangers”.

Back some time ago I was responsible for reviewing applicants social media presence. Oh I have seen things! Not that I judge….I just go WOW! If I can see it image the situation showing up to testify in court and the defense shows it.

We had a head of HR (called “Personnel” when i was hired, BTW) whom i refered to as The Angel of Death. When she was on campus, she was always accomanied by a security guard carrying a cardboard box. When she was “RIF’d” no tears were shed.
