I got the “pain” part of working out down in my teens. I’m 71, when does the “gain” part hit?
I can agree. At 70 lots of pain but I do gain. Heart rate at 62 a minute resting and a BP 124/70. Cholesterol 150 total.
It isn’t how old you are, it’s how many miles you have on ya!
This aging stuff is just a big bag of organic fertilizer.
So work out, then you’ll have an excuse.
just think. you can work out all you like and you’re still gonna get old…
Yep, my shoulder problems are from getting old AND working out.
