You can’t use my nail drill anymore…

Sounds like a trip to the dentist is in order. One mouthguard for when he’s sleeping will solve the problem. I’ve worn one for decades now. Saves a lot of wear and tear on the teeth. Grinding in one’s sleep is hereditary. My dad was a grinder, too.
