When one lives in a certain state for long enough one tends not to notice it until it’s triggered or confronted. I pray for your healing and health Manders XOXO
For those interested, other comics here on GoComics that deal with depression or coping with depression are Cat’s Cafe and Chuck Draws Things (by the way, Chuck has been referred to as “she” in something I found, despite the name).

For me, it’s obvious. I often have people tell me I should be on antidepressants. “Thanks, but I’m already on the maximum effective dose.”
