How much corporate welfare are the republicans willing to cut to balance the federal budget? Eliminate any stimulus especially to those corporations who have less than 25% of their manufacturing in the U.S. (Like GMC, etc.)
Ted just made me look on my bookshelf and find Ralph Nader’s “Unsafe at Any Speed”. I have my Nader books on the shelf next to the Noam Chomsky ones. These guys have been warning us about what a festering mess our society, heck our planet, has become. Obviously this is due to greed and corruption by conglomerates, the 1%ers who own them and the corporate tools who essentially control (and are) the leadership of both major parties who only answer to the 1%ers when push comes to shove. The world needs more open minded free thinkers like Ralph and Noam. Good strip this AM Ted!
They can’t be worse than so called intelligent human drivers. I’m watching them sink in Fort Lauderdale as they KNOW that their cars can navigate thru rivers of water.
Between our aging population and the explosion (quip intended) of marijuana smoking while driving, within 10 years we’ll be begging them for AI directed traffic control.

We’re not even willing to regulate the death devices we already have.

My understanding is that each self driving car comes with a certificate entitling the owner to one free vehicular manslaughter.
It’s not clear what happens if the car is resold.

Thanks the the chuckle (sort of), Mr. Rall. Sometimes one has to laugh at all of the inanities in our society.

Love the “Is that flying? Or is it the Fentanyl?!”. Best comedy line in a comic for a while.
