Yorky needs a new sport or a boost Fred!

Yorky’s game is soccer. The ball stays on the ground for the most part.

Poor little Yorky. He just doesn’t have the springy legs Jock does. Jock would nail that ball. However I have seen Yorky make some spectacular head shots in soccer.

And ten out of ten for the kids to let play him with them. The kids I grew up would have been annoyed ond have thrown out.

And yet another case of size does matter ;-)

Rugby is starting to feature regularly in these strips. A few weeks ago, we saw Fred, Jock and Yorky planning to try to join a professional rugby match. More recently we saw them joining in a kid’s rugby game like the one that Fred is watching Jock and Yorky in today. Fred mustn’t be as keen on playing rugby as Jock and Yorky are although Yorky finds it harder than Jock.

Jock needs to give Yorky some leaping lessons.
