Kids know when they “didn’t make good choices” and their guilt and recriminations are far worse than any parents. We (parents) are in a lack of understanding why they did or didn’t do whatever happened.

Parents need to coordinate, to prevent kids from playing one off against the other (a tactic at which many become masters).

Oh, it’s about the T.V., Donna just needs to emasculate Gene one more time.
