And I guess other mothers aren’t like Elly—at least regarding their sons’ haircuts!!

Likewise, those high school girls presumably never seen you wearing a black bow tie and monkey suit before — either!

Try to imagine yourselves 50 years from now having a reunion. My 50th HS reunion will be in 2027 but I doubt I’ll go.

I’m looking at our prom picture. It’s hard to believe she’s gone now. And I’m wearing a tux no one can laugh at……….

Reunions tend to focus on the past. I still look to the future, and try to make the most of the present.

You all clean up pretty good, right?

They clean up pretty good. It’s good to have at least one night in your life to shine as bright as you can. Plenty of time for cleaning toilets later.

I never went to a Prom. I don’t even know if my school had one…

This is a graduation dance. One wonders if their school never had a prom. The girls would have looked just like they do here.
