I felt like that when I played football. When we got a break there was a faucet near a light pole on the edge of the field and we all took turns drinking from it. Guess what? We all survived.

I’ll bet you’re sorry you dumped it all on the coach a few miles back!

I worked on the wildfires for 15 years, and we we always reminded to never drink gatorade or similar drinks straight, especially when someone might be drinking it all day working in the hot sun…the sugar content is off the charts. We always diluted with water one part gatorade to 3 or 4 parts water.

I prefer a cold glass of water :)
