Several years ago I was on a long business trip and my three companions (two of them male) all made fun of my purse. So on a break one day I bought a smaller one. The next day I carried the smaller purse. It was “do you have” and “can I borrow” all day long and I had to say “sorry, this is a small purse, don’t have it.” Then one of them finally admitted they missed my large purse! Sometimes the dental floss, glasses cleaner, etc., comes in handy!

…..uh, perhaps a woman’s purse with a little light in there that comes on when you open it up , like a ‘fridge

Maybe I’m a different kind of woman… but I dont carry all that in my purse! Just cellphne, keys, wallet, brush and maybe an umbrella. Just the basics. :D

Me too eirambe, but I also have lip balm, pen, etc. Hey, nighthawks, I’ve seen purses with a light in it, but I thought it a bit weird. When I carried my big purse my husband always wanted me to carry his stuff as well…So I switched. ;)

@eiramde, what size is the umbrella, exactly? I can’t envision my umbrella ever going in a purse! Then again, if I enlarged the purse to match…

I used to be like eirambe, but with kids, my purse has gotten larger. I do have a wallet though that I use only when I’m by myself.

I have tried finding accessories in colors, so they would be easier to find in my large purse. No such thing. One time, while driving with my hubby, he asked if I had a Qtip in my purse, as he wanted to clean out his ears. What! I can’t carry everything!
