    Inwas telecommuting for a few years before COVID. I gained 10lb instantly, but also I got more invested in getting to know my neighbors. And to get to know my colleagues, I scheduled 15-minute virtual coffee breaks. It helped a lot.

    I share my office space with my friend the dog. She’s great company and I couldn’t ask for a better listener. But her answer to everything is to suggest a snack break.
