She still uses leather shoes, belts, purses, … . She probably eats meat. The only difference is whether the fur is removed.

Wow, Cathy is lucid again. Nice to see, though it’s not tough to figure out she’d be anti-fur anyway.

Morning gobblinup. Another morning to sleep in a bit? My 12-hour shift became a 13-hour shift by magic of the “time warp”.

Afternoon Mom!. Billy told me you have a new avatar. Weeeeeeee! Hope you come out to play today.

I have this mental image of Susan running through Central Park faster than any woman within 30 miles. :-D

And hi to our fellow Cathyites. Time to sleep for a while. :-)

Cathy will probaly eat steak and eggs for breakfast, then go to the store to complain to the sales clerk (who doesn’t produce the products) that she shouldn’t be selling fur. (For those in Rio Linda, eggs are chicken embryos)

While I’m not going to get into the whole vegetarian debate, I am definitely an omnivore and believe that if animals are humanely raised for a purpose (eating or wearing), then that is fine. I don’t think we should hunt down endangered/threatened wildlife solely for the purpose of fashion or the belief that a body part is going to make me healthy or more powerful. The only wild (meaning not raised on a farm or ranch) animals that I eat are fish and only the sustainable ones.-Hello Koolfunkygrrl and Aaron, I hope you’re enjoying your naps! (No, I didn’t sleep in today… I went to church) Thanks for my first laugh, Koolfunkygrrl, with your spelling! I’m sorry you had an extra long shift, Aaron. I hope you get the shift in the spring where you lose an hour…Good luck with your faux furs, Susan… there are some people out there who wouldn’t think twice about spraypainting people they don’t know. My grandmother had a fur coat that has been handed down to my family. My mom asked if I wanted it, but I declined, partly because I’m a LOT taller than my grandmother and partly because I’d be nervous to wear it.Hello to Billy and GretchensMom and all the other Cathy nuts rolling around.
