I hate people that drive 10 mph under the speed limit, when you finally get to pass them you can see their white knuckles gripping the steering wheel and they normally ride the brakes. Been there today!

An average day for the Born Loser.

Yeah, it’s kinda ironic that you can be on a 1,000 mile trip driving the speed limit and for the last mile drive just over and limit and get a ticket. Rats!

just except the ticket and hopefully it’s for a something worth it… like a free trip to a nice restaurant. :D

Sorry Brutus, while mathematically that will average out to the correct speed, it doesn’t undo the fact you were speeding to begin with.

Sometimes averaging things out just doesn’t fix the problem.

Somehow, I don’t think the officer will let you off that easily, Brutus.

Write Brutus a warning ticket and LET IT BE (BEATLES) Honesty deserves a break.

I think think the police officer is dumb founded!

Brutus thinks, “now I can apply the principle of average I learned in my remote night class on statistics”…

Nobody but the Born Loser gets pulled over for 10 mph over. I hardly ever speed but I’ve secretly wanted to get pulled over so I could say to the cop, “couldn’t you catch any of the people who’ve been blowing by me?”

Brutus just ask the cop if the ticket will be good for exceeding the speed limit for the rest of the day. Who knows the cop may have a sense of humor.

I’m sorry officer, I wouldn’t have been speeding if I knew you were there.

My wife was clocked 45 in a 25 near our house. The officer followed her into our driveway. She told him he might as well come inside and eat while writing the ticket as dinner was ready in a few minutes. She got off with a warning.

But I passed a “Speed Zone Ahead” sign, officer, so I did! Is this entrapment?

Not the solution he will probably endorse……

I once was speeding on a very early warm spring day, a rarity where I live. I wasn’t even aware I was going at least 50 in a 35 mph zone. I finally noticed, started to slow down, and got pulled over. I was totally honest, told the officer that I slowed down as soon as I realized I was speeding on such a pretty day and said how sorry I was. He admitted he was aware I was slowing down and let me go with a warning.

Yeah … so how did that turn out?
