Good Morning fellow Cathy * nuts I’m still up contemplating life and how funny it is. Poor Irving I knew his fat stomach would still be there. *Cathy is so relaxed and giving a good eye roll to him. Maybe his obsessions will relax a little.

I’m first up at home this morning. Aaron and LMB are snoozing deeply in the sleeping bags outside.

Treat anyone? Mom just finished baking something similar ’cept she dusted hers with powered sugar. To keep baked good in general on the healthy side, Mom uses 1/4 to 1/3 cup less sugar than a recipe calls for.

If only all that malarkey regarding the “holiday fat” were really true! Then nobody would be overweight except a handful of times a year! Where on earth does Cathy even get this stuff anyhow?!?!? [major eye roll here!]

Aaron! Once again, Dr. Billy’s mom has outdone herself in the wonderfully delicious-looking dessert department! Gretchen’s Dad and I decided to try something different today ourselves . . . a Blueberry Coffee Cake recipe we found on the internet this morning that only just now came out of the oven. We’ve never made it before and until it cools and comes out of the pan, I have no idea how it will turn out but it smells absolutely delicious! This is what it’s supposed to look like. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see!

Ok I can’t believe I’m saying this….. but I agree w/ Cathy…..just deal w/ the extra weight…. it won’t last and if you continue to work-out like crazy it’ll go away…….was waiting for Irv to go ‘Aack!’ in the last panel…lol…..Happy 4th of July my American friends :)…..you know who you are :)

At first this one kinda rang true, but then I was back to the usual eye-roll.

Yawn. Time for bed. Supposed to rain tonight, so we’re sleeping inside. LMB is sitting on his rear legs waiting for me to say . . . Done! LOL off like a little bullet. :-D

Hi Aaron just cheking in hope all is well with all the cathy nuts out there and again Happy 4th all.I wish it wasn’t so hot in been in the 100’s here for almost two weeks can’t wait for a cool down. : )
