I once worked at a warehouse store. It was maybe 10 minutes before close and I worked in the freezer cooler section. A customer came up to me and wanted a box of Super Pretzels and there were none on the shelf. I told him that I was sorry but we were out of them and should have more in soon. He pointed through the freezer door to a pallet he could see and told me he could see pretzels on it. I apologized and told him I was told we were out. I had to go get a forklift, drop a pallet, unstack the entire pallet because they were on the bottom, then restack the pallet, and put it back. All to sell one box of pretzels.
Bahahaha! Karma bites back! I love it!!I had customers like that. Man, they just didn’t get at times what you had to go through to get something. I worked at a pet store. Sometimes it was a bag of food or litter. You had to sometimes have to move 10-20 bags off a pallet to get to that one bag they wanted. Also, sometimes it would be in a pallet that was up on a shelf. I couldn’t use the forklift, so I had to find someone who was trained. Then wait for them to be able to get it down. Then move a bunch of bags to get to that bag. Some people did act like you were goofing off. There were days I wanted to tell them to do it themselves and I will time them on it!

There is stock in the back
All of those places that you see stuffed full, there is more of it in the back
In the case of the empty spot that has been empty for weeks or months, NO
