Good Morning fellow Cathy nuts, here’s hoping this storm recovery goes well. Aaron and Billy you must be extremely busy at your jobs right now . We have been missing you!!

Darn it, I can relate to this. I will avoid going through a stack of papers, but feel great when it’s done. And now that I’m eating some leftover Halloween candy, I feel terrible. I find all the “must-do-NOW!” things tend to come along at once – which doesn’t make them any easier to deal with! That’s when I’ll be tempted to do something totally unconnected with any of them, while my head tries to sort out which one is the NOW-est to start on.

Maybe Cathy should compromise: eat a leftover Halloween cupcake WHILE she cleans out her to-do basket and finishes her stack of filing! (B/t/w: I STILL get a rush every time I walk into my freshly de-cluttered office and see all the mess gone and whatever I kept, placed into properly labeled folders in my filing cabinet! A very satisfying feeling, indeed!!!!!)

It was just an ordinary evening here – we haven’t had any guisers for a couple of years now, since the local youngsters all grew too old for that. Mind you, the weather didn’t help. Nobody wants to be out in cold, heavy rain!

I hope everyone who is braver than we are survived the evening.

I admit I’ve had a sweet tooth lately and I’ve been procrastinating writing a paper I have to write. I did a a really good job on my anthropology test, only missed two questions.

(I’m sorry if you’ve said this previously… my memory is not the best) The weather was perfect here for trick-or-treating, although we do need rain in general.@ Shyygirl – Congratulations on your test! Hi to other Cathyites!! Re: the comic — Absolutely!! I would first hit the cupcakes, then the paper pile. I zipped thru Weight Watchers tonight — within 2 lbs of my goal weight, so didn’t have to pay. I thought that wasn’t too bad for the day after Halloween.
