Took me a minute to remember who Kyle was. Daniel Penny is recent enough that I remember the reports of the incident, which was either incredibly stupid or flat out murder. The Grand Jury has just decided it was murder.

As usual, leftists adulate a career criminal with 42 prior arrests, including assaulting a 67 year old woman. Did Neely deserve to die? Absolutely not! But if you’re threatening to kill people, particularly in a closed environment where there is no means of escape, bad things can happen. We’ll await the verdict from the trial.
