Isn’t it funny how our pets never feel any remorse for the stuff they take from us? I have a really nice fluffy lap robe that I love on chilly evenings … yep, it’s a cat magnet and he insists that the fluffiest side be turned upwards so that he can enjoy it.

Now I know what I’m going as for Halloween!

In honor of Halloween and Kate’s search for the perfect costume, I’ve changed my avatar to one of Conan’s Halloween costumes – that year, he went as Conan the Barbarian – complete with toy sword and shield, he looked very fierce.

And yes, he actually enjoyed the costumes, too; if not, it wouldn’t have happened. His favorite part was to go trick or treating at the local Pet Smart and get lots of goodies.

I love the “found art” Halloween costume. If she came Trick-or-Treating to my door, I would reward her creativity with a double portion of treats!
