I agree. It’s time to get presidents in their 50’s or so again. It doesn’t really matter which party they are, but they need to be younger. Not just because their mind may be failing but because the presidency is a very strenuous job both mentally and physically.
People have to retire by that age? Anyone is forced to retire – other than for medical reasons by their doctor?
I never heard of anyone being forced otherwise to retire. My dad worked until about a month before he died. My boss decided to quit in his 80s.
Husband quit his job at his decision in his 50s and went to work for himself. I am pushing 70, still working – and all of my clients are in their 80s and 90s.

Plausible Deniability: They are so old they cannot remember they are really a puppet for special interest groups.

We have a female vice president, doesn’t that count for something?

We’ve had 3 female prime ministers in the UK, I cant say any of them were any good but there again not many of the men were either.

Hilary Clinton won the popular vote, and we have a female VP, so progress is happening. Sadly sexism is still too often blinding people’s eyes.

US voters don’t get to pick the candidates. They get to vote which of the nominees the party picks. And there are only two major parties.
