Eight bucks. No doe.
Eight bucks is actually not bad for two boxes at HPB! I’ve heard people get offered less than a dollar for a box.
I thought he was going to say that he accidentally doubled it… it was really four dollars.
Half Price Book Store near me only gives a small amount for books etc. I’m wondering if we should just keep them…lol
I just donate to the library for their book sale. They don’t pay you and it’s sort of gratifying. ☺️☺️
At least you got your exercise in for the week.
He could have offered you some magic beans.
It’s $8 more than you had when you walked in for stuff you haven’t used in years…
And nobody is surprised.
Likely 90% of the books will never sell so you are lucky to get $.05 on the $. They do have to make a profit ,pay rent, wages…
Just donate to Not-for-profit charity and take a tax write-off next year. Get a warm fuzzy from maybe helping someone who really needs the item.
